INGREDIENTS:

These are the following ingredients that should be used while making Red velvet cake:

2-3 cup cake flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda 

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1/2 oil

1(1-ounce)liquid red food color

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1/3  buttermilk

RECIPE:

These are simple and quick recipes for making red velvet cakes.

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Then whisk the whole dry ingredients to remove any lumps of cocoa powder. 

2.In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until they combine together and add the eggs and mix it completely.

3. After combining add oil, red food color, vanilla extract, and vinegar stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.

4.Put the whole batter into cake pans and spread the batter around into one even layer. Tap the pans on the counter 2-3 times to remove any air bubbles from the cakes.

5.Bake at 350 degrees for  28-32 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes around clean. carefully remove and put it for 10-15 minutes to cool.

6. Then carefully remove the cake from the cake pan.

7. Our last step is to plate the cake and garnish it according to your taste.
