"Keep calm and eat strawberry" .strawberry cake is very delicious and easy to make. This homemade strawberry cake is made full of sweet, fresh strawberry flavor.

How to make the strawberry cake:

Easy strawberry cake taste looks like a bakery cake. The only fresh strawberry cake recipe you will never need. A full cake is loaded with fresh strawberry and it is very easy to make.


INGREDIENTS:

These are the following ingredients that should need while making a strawberry cake.

2 cup flour

3 teaspoon cornstarch

1/2 baking soda

1/2 salt

1/2 cup butter

1 cup of sugar

2 large eggs

3/4 strawberry 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup milk

pink food coloring


FOR THE FROSTING:

1 cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter

1/4 strawberry compote

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

strawberry for garnish purpose


RECIPE:


There is a simple and quick recipe for making a strawberry cake:

1. In a food processor, pure strawberry add sugar and lemon juice. After that place, it on a pan and on medium heat cook over 20 minutes until it should be thicked. you should have about 1 cup of strawberry compote. Take it out from heat and let it cool completely.

2.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease all the sides of the cake pan.

3.In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

4.In another bowl beat butter and sugar until it becomes fluffy. After that add eggs and let them combine completely.

5. After that beat in the strawberry compote and vanilla extract until they combine together. And then add milk.

6. Add dry ingredients and pink food coloring and combine them completely.

7.Put the whole batter into the pan and cook for 25- 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. If not cook properly, cook it for 5 to 10 minutes more.

8.Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

9.Make the frosting: In a large bowl with a hand, mixer beat cream and butter until no lumps and then beat in the strawberry compote. Add sugar, and beat it. Add vanilla and a pinch of salt. If your frosting is loose, refrigerate it for 15 minutes.

10.At the last step spread the frosting into the cake and frost it all over the sides. And garnish it with a fresh strawberry.
