How to make the butterscotch cake:
 

Butterscotch cake is simple, quick, and easy to make. I would like to share with you the quick and easy recipe for a butterscotch cake.




INGREDIENTS:

These are the following ingredients for making a butterscotch cake:

1/2 cup flour
3.4 butterscotch cake instant pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk

RECIPE:

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take a pan and grease the side with oil.

2.In a large bowl put flour, pudding mix, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. And put it aside.

3.Add the butter, brown sugar, and oil to a large mixing bowl and mix it until it should be fluffy about 4- 5 minutes.

4.After that add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until completely combined and smooth.

5. Add half of the dry ingredients to the batter until it combined.

6.After that add milk and mix it completely.

7.Add the other dry ingredients and combined them properly. Don't over-mix batter.

8.Put the whole batter into the cake pan and bake it for 22-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.

9.Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool completely.

10.Last step to garnish it and decorate it.
